Located in an industrial area and street parking is offered. Was assured by the concierge that it was very safe and they have multiple cameras pointed at the street to ensure safety. Room was very clean.

The front desk staff and service people were awesome and very helpful. The restaurant next door the food was a bit bland and not very tasteful so wouldn’t recommend it.

This is hardly two-star hotel, pictures posted are misleading. You can hear each and every car on the street as well as guest taking shower in nearby rooms. On top of all beds are extremely uncomfortable and very old.

Hotel front desk staff are very nice and professional. They are helpful, friendly and always provide their goods service. Very friendly. I have several nights at here and stayed in two different rooms. Hotel rooms are lack of maintenance. Wash basin and shower tank are clogged, electric sockets broke, cupboard under sink is broke. Carpet in corridors are broke in some parts too. Lights in public area are weak, almost like no lights. I think overall hotel lack of good management in facilities. Not really agree it is 4 stars hotel. Good things are spacious rooms, beds are comfortable, towels are clean. There are supermarkets and some restaurants are nearby within walking distance, about 7 mins walk.

El personal super atento, excepcional. Pero noe gustado que hubiese una sola toalla de ducha para las dos personas y que no hubiese unas zapatillas, creo que son muy normales en hoteles de este nivel. Por lo demás, todo muy bien.

Era increíblemente malo, se suponía que era un hotel de 4 estrellas y os puedo decir que he estado mejor en un Riad(hotel) de marruecos por 16 eur la noche no había agua caliente había que esperar 10 min a qué saliera, malos olores, no había detalles de te, café o algo así como si lo hay en la mayoría y más un 4 estrellas hacia mucho frío en la habitación aunque se supone que la podías poner tú mismo el termómetro marcaba 30 grados pero hacia frío, no repetiré en ese hotel y menos en la app de hoteles.com en general a sido una muy mala experiencia con deciros que era más cómodo dormir en el suelo que en la cama.

Personal agradable, hotel cómodo dentro de lo espe

Solicite en el apartado de peticiones un cambio de una cama doble por dos individuales al reservar la habitacion, y cuando llegué el cambio estaba hecho asi que muy eficientes, el personal muy amable y la habitación cómoda. El personal de la cafeteria muy agradable tambien. Lo único que me chocó es que en la descripción del hotel aparecía que tenía parking y no fue asi, aunque hay sitio de sobra donde aparcar en la calle.

Hotel en zona degradada.

Hotel en zona degradada. Los alrededores se ven con mucha suciedad y basura. En cuanto al hotel la habitacion tenia vistas a una reja metalica y era horrible. El plato de ducha mayoria de orificios no echaban agua. Smenities dd hotel de 2*.Resto un poco mejor.
