The reception staff at the counter is mostly good. But there is one woman who is bad manners.Do not check data for good.Speak and blame customers and use bad tone at all or we're Asian peoples will do like this?I almost have to lose money on a £ 200 credit card again.(double security deposit) And do double security deposit...

"Wir haben schon viele Hotels auf der Ecke Bayswater gehabt, aber dieses hier war das beste. Die Zimmer sind schön und für Londoner Verhältnisse gar nicht mal so klein. Das Frühstück war der Wahnsinn. Noch nie haben wir in London so gut gefrühstückt. Auch das Personal war stets nett und hilfsbereit. Danke für den tollen Aufenthalt!"

"Very very good location.You can use public transportation easily such as 3 tube line and bus. Staff are very helpful and nice.They help me in every little question or anything I ask for. Toilet is the best part that I can say.New clean and nice. My room is 12 sqm. so it's a little small but you can keep your luggage under your bed to keep clear of space.If you want something more comfortable for 2 people you better try triple room."
