The hotel had everything we needed. Basic hotel but nice. Good that it was an easy walk to two tube stations. Access to the central line, jubilee and circle lines was a bonus. Hôtel was clean and tidy. The buffet breakfast is really nice. Complimentary coffee machine and filters water station was also great to have. Thanks

Beautiful Victorian style building but with elevators! Front desk staff was friendly and very helpful with our luggages. Nice, quiet, upscale neighborhood yet convenient to tourist places-shopping, dining, transportation (Big Bus tour buses), Kensington Gardens, etc.Walkable distance to Paddington station & shops!
