"The location and property are absolutely beautiful! Incredible views! The grounds are kept meticulously! The rooms are clean and neat. The rooms are simple and yet elegant at the same time. The staff were very forgiving of my limited Spanish. A little harder to get to but worth the drive. The restaurant on property was excellent. Just a small sidenote… There was no air conditioner in my smaller room. I knew this going into it and the nice breeze that was almost constant."

"If you want to disconnect in luxury with incredibly attentive staff, this is the place to be. The property is a true sanctuary, peaceful and private, everything is spotless and new, and the service was exceptional throughout our stay. Just as important, the restaurant was excellent and easily the best food we had during our entire trip. Highly recommend!"

"La mansion is in a beautiful location, and has nice views of the lake. The swimming pool and hot tub (more of a warm-tub) were great. I also loved our bright yellow room with crazy tiles thoughout the bathroom. The restaurant was ok. I would recommend eating at one of the local sodas instead. Overall, a great spot if you have a car to explore the area(Including La Fortuna)"

"Easy to find. Atmosphere was peaceful and so green. Morning breakfast had choices and eating in the open area was inviting and peaceful. Walking the grounds was enjoyable. Wish it had not downpoured for our entire stay. Would have stayed longer. Would definitely go again"
