Citadines Shinjuku Tokyo
Hotel was good considering it's age - needs the tired decor updated. Breakfast was lukewarm at best but variety is ok. Overall, it is comfortable, quiet and in a good location.

Rhodes Kagurazaka Hotel
Check in instructions were pretty clear. Contact the hotel ahead of time to deliver luggage via services like Yamato. The stay was pleasant as I enjoyed the area.
