"The unit was not what was advertised. Owner used pictures of a different unit and blamed Expedia is the one that used different pictures of more than one units. What was advertised was open concept with panoramic windows with a view in the living room/ large kitchen. Unfortunately, what I got was not an open concept. You open the door and see a huge bookshelf unit as a room divider to make another “bedroom” in the living room.

"When I arrived at the location, I noticed a rolling gate was closed, so I had to call the property owner to inquire how to check in. They informed me that the nearest worker would be approximately 20-30 minutes away to check me in. Mind you, it's 36 degrees Celsius and muggy. There is no way I'm willing to wait to be checked in. I had to book elsewhere and file a transaction dispute with my credit card. Terrible experience. "

"I really appreciate the host. She communicates extremely well with the check-in instruction. I accidentally book the wrong hotel location, but she was able to switch me to location I wanted. She was very friendly and flexible. The room she got me was really small, but she warned me several times about it. It was clean, quiet, and walking distance to Bui Vien. Highly recommend staying here again, but would get a bigger room. "

"This is a dodgy shadow operator who will likely cancel your booking last-minute for someone paying a better rate, leaving you stranded or attempting to move you to a different building without notice while giving changing and ridiculous reasons for the cancellation. Exactly what happened to me and they will insist to speak to you outside of the hotels. com app to avoid scrutiny.
