"Great view, friendly staff."

"We should have heeded the sign in the lobby that said if you were unhappy with your room, to please let them know within 15 minutes to avoid being charged. The front desk person was friendly, that was really the only good thing. The room was not well-cleaned. The fridge had a huge sticky stain. We bought clorox wipes to disinfect it ourselves because the housekeeping staff seemed disengaged and smelled like smoke very strongly. The common areas also smelled like smoke. Outside smelled like sewage. We were given one bath towel. Who doesn't assume at least two people are in a room? I had to get towels and toilet paper myself from the front desk. It advertised daily housekeeping, but no such luck. Honestly, didn't trust them to clean it anyway at that point. Luckily, we were only there for two nights. I did have to get towels, etc., again, though. The faucet was broken - it wasn't bolted down to the sink, so it swiveled back and forth loosely. And the ground floor window could not be kept with the curtain back during the day or you might get waved at by people just hanging out in their vehicles out back (they did wave). If I could give this negative stars, I would. Please avoid."

"Unfortunately I would not recommend this hotel. The pictures online look great, but in person of felt like a cheap flip. The walls are paper thin and you could see daylight under the doors, so sound really travels. The only thing clean in the room was fresh bedding and towels. The floor was so dirty my feet were black after a few minutes of walking around and getting settled, there were old contacts left next to the nightstand and dust and hairballs in the corners of the room. The motorized blinds did not work in our room and when we notified staff they came up with some excuse that they were dead and needed to be charged and never followed up. We were on ground level next to the parking lot and entrance to the building so we ended up using pillows to block the outside view into our room. We let the front desk know again of all of these issues when we checked out and during that conversation they did not inform us that they were adding charges to the card on file for daily amenities and miscellaneous other charges, just handed us a paper and that was that."

"The property is basically set up for weddings and large events and they don't have any considerations for hotels guests. The 2 nights that we stayed the restaurant and bar were closed due to a wedding and another event and no other place to eat or drink in the hotel not to mention the parties and music were loud and we couldn't sleep. The hotel is also waterfront and the seating area by the water were not available for hotels guest as well. If we would've known this at time of booking we would've stayed elsewhere."
