The place is beautiful - we loved it . The room and all the sitting areas . The desk people could be a bit more friendly . They don’t seem naturally comfortable and upbeat . The cleaning staff were so kind and helpful . The coffee and tea could be hotter . Was barely Luke warm .

I think it did the job but having to pay for valet parking and staying over Memorial Day Weekend pushed it to a price point it didnt really deserve. Location is perfect and the main reason to stay there. Staff was great and facilities are pretty good. We used the gym which was small, but had everything one usually needs. Rooms themselves are tiny (bathroom especially) and that’s coming from a New Yorker. TV was very dated (not a smart TV). If the price point was lower, I’d maybe give it a 4/5.

Pros: Hotel was very clean. Staff was wonderful. The location was perfect. Cons: Tiny ( really tiny — no room for a chair!) room and bathroom. No breakfast available not even a kiosk for a muffin. We had a very hard time finding a place to eat a sit down breakfast. “ Tea / coffee” service in lobby was a joke for tea drinkers. Lukewarm coffee tasting water for my morning tea everyday…. Horrible. Not everyone drinks coffee! I can’t stay again.
