Great location, good price, full one bedroom condo with a patio. Close to pool and wonderful hot tub! Very friendly and helpful staff. One thing: Google maps will send you up the drive to the Oceancliff Resort. Take your first left off the driveway to the two story building. That is Oceancliff I & II!

Fix the window cranks, paper holder came off and water pressure seemed kinda low .. however the water was nice and warm .. absolutely loved the fireplace and how spacious the rooms were . Though I would come back again on new years it’s was quiet 😊

It was a GREAT location, one of only two hotels on Ocean Drive. the grounds were amazing. The building is falling apart a little, there is deferred maintenance, but the room was clean, the staff was Wonderful. we had a view of the ocean, the hot tub was hot, the coffee and breakfast muffins were great. It is what it is and there is SO much to see in Newport that you shouldnt be spending much time in the room.

Great location, little run down

Location was great, felt like it was getting run down. Had a couple tennis courts in back, completely over grown. The shower water pressure was terrible, the bed were little firm. Over all it worked for our needs, but it it needs a renovation of it's to continue. The room was dated. I am not sure I'd book again.
