Hyatt Grand Central New York

Empire Hotel
"Property is outdated, but the bigger issue was the condition of the room—mold, bathroom vanity not attached to the wall, furniture broken, the AC was very loud! The staff was helpful and changed our room, but the second room wasn’t much better. I do not recommend this property."
