"The toilet was running incessantly throughout the night and despite our complaints, it was never fixed, nor were we given any significant concessions to our room"

"The Staff including the Concierge was great. The only name I remember was Anthony but everyone was helpful and great… The room was comfortable and I was even rewarded with a complimentary Bottle of wine… I will definitely book again…"

"Very nice stay!"

"This is a unique hotel. Everyone was so friendly, helpful and welcoming. The location was very convenient for catching the ferry. I would absolutely stay there again."

"I had a great stay with my family!"

"Todo bien"

"Excellent - 5 star location! Although, a little disappointing in that the rooms were a bit tired. The bed, a 'tad' saggy. A great location but for the price and to advertise as a 5 star hotel is false. Polish is needed. Attention to the furnishings are also needed. Its not a 5 star hotel. I would classify as a 4 star trendy hotel in a great location. You pay for the location."

"I was very pleasantly surprised by this hotel :) The staff are so incredibly friendly. My room was a great size, felt newly appointed and had floor to ceiling windows. It was so helpful to have the all day cafe and restaurant as well. Such a great location! I work in the industry and stay a quite a few hotels - i definitely recommend a stay here."

The only drawback is that if you are on a lower floor like the 3rd or 4th floor you can hear the music on club nights -- Friday and Saturday. IF you're going to be staying at this hotel on the weekend then ask for a room on a higher floor."

The customer service was exceptional! Whenever we requested extra towels or water, they arrived within 10–15 minutes. We also enjoyed...
