I booked this property last Minute & could not be more pleased. The staff was excellent, the room was perfect - if you’re looking for something less than 10 minutes from Broadway this is it.

Hotel Park Ave NYC
The staff (especially Bryan, Evan, and Alan) were so helpful, fun, and kind. The room was comfortable, well-stocked, and super clean. Check-in was easy. My pug, Nugget, and will definitely be back ♥️

31 Street Broadway Hotel
Ideally situated hotel in the middle of manhattan. Rooms are simple bed sink hob microwave tv. Ideal if you are really only using it as a base . Each floor has a shared bathroom which is clean with two showers one cubicle. My personal rating on experience and room is 7/10
