"Most staff members at this hotel seem to be trained to say NO to every request, no matter how small. Nearly every single thing is painfully wrong at this very broken hotel. For instance, after calling in advance to inquire if I was able to check in 80 minutes early someone named Ryan told me it was no problem and that my room was ready. Upon arrival, after waiting over 20 minutes in line at check in, I was told that they ‘didn’t know who I spoke to’ but that my room wouldn’t be ready until 4pm. Even after furnishing the name of whom I did speak with. Then, after asking if someone could perhaps call me if my room did become ready early, I was told NO ‘we don’t do that’.
After housekeeping skipped my room on the first day, I called no less than 8 times the day after to BEG for housekeeping service. They never showed up.
This cycle occurs with absolutely every single minor transaction within this hotel. It was an absolutely miserable experience. Even after asking multiple times to speak to someone in management to inform them, no one ever followed up.
Buyer beware. Bankruptcy seems inevitable for this hotel."
