"The staff were great. When I first arrived for a business reservation there had been a mixup and another guest had been checked into my room. The concierge handled it smoothly and professionally. They seamlessly moved me to another room and upgraded it to a room with a view for my trouble. Later in the week when my personal reservation started under this booking, again the transfer was seamless and they let me stay in the same room at no additional charge. I have stayed here multiple times for business and alway find the staff to be courteous and helpful with any booking issues. "

"Early check in was good although disappointed that various hotels, as well as this one, are charging $50 for early check in. Bathroom was very clean and hotel was a 7 minute walk to the nearest subway stop"
