"Small rooms not big enough for more than two ppl"

"Great night shift staff, they are friendly and willing to help. "

"The rooms were clean and staff was friendly. We had no issues besides"

"Visited for our wedding night and another night and staff she does incredibly well and left a very sweet romantic surprise in our room. Tiny room but well organized although could use a tiny more storage space. Overall all amazing."

"Not really any complaints. Staff was good. Room was fine. Building is older and the bathrooms were old. But it worked out well for us."

"Highly recommend this hotel !"

"Franchement tout était très bien, c’était très propre. Les photos sont un peu trompeuses. Les chambres sont plus petites mais hyper bien située à 10 minutes de grand central, le ménage nickel. The front desk staff was incredibly friendly, thoughtful and...

No lotion, they had bar soap, luggage is stored in a room no check in of it or out so free for all never know if it’s safe. No late check out - check in early $25 fee which was ridiculous as I said hotel was not cheap. Everything in the room was old and felt old-blankets etc. I’ve stayed at the Biltmore Hotel also 100 years old, totally difference and cheaper in price to...
