"Very nice, clean, cozy place. Conveniently located close to Vatican. What makes the property unique- is the host Francesco. He is very courteous and attentive to any needs and easy to reach. He welcomed us like we were his houseguests, assisted with information how to navigate around, where to eat, where to go to make the best of the trip. Thank you Francesco! Highly recommended!"

"The room is co-located within an apartment with a total of 4 rooms. Each room has a private bathroom and HVAC system. There is a communal 1/2 bath (toilet and sink). "Best location ever, just outside St. Peter’s square. Staff is excellent. Breakfast is one of the best and cappuccino made for you is even better than any restaurants I’ve tried. Definitely coming back when I’m in Rome! Glad my wife found this!"

"Spacious and tastefully decorated 2 bedroom apartment a short walk from St. Peter's Square. We only stayed for one night but the accommodation is well provisioned for an extended stay. Our hosts were very welcoming and made us feel right at home. We especially appreciated their advice for visiting Vatican City and their recommendations for dining nearby. "
