"We stayed in a room with balcony and view of the basilica dome. Very close to Vatican. Easy walk. Air conditioning was good in the room. Bed was very comfortable. Nice little spot on property for lite breakfast before heading out. Staff were very helpful and kind! Overall very nice experience! Easy access on both sides of property with key card access. Easy pickup for uber or taxi or car service. Would definitely stay again. "

"We had a wonderful experience at Folia B&B. Chiara was very helpful and spoke great English. She tidied the room every day. The shared kitchen was immaculate. There was refrigerator and freezer space available. Breakfast was simple but more than sufficient. Coffee, tea, juices, yogurt, toast, jam, cereal and milk, supply refreshed everyday.
