"Nuestra estancia estuvo súper bien. El único punto malo, es que el check-in es demasiado tarde, nos dejaron entrar antes sin ningún costo, pero siento que si es tarde para hacer un check in."

"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had a wonderful stay at Sweet Home 36! The place was beautiful, clean, comfortable, and welcoming. Everything was well organized, making our stay truly enjoyable and relaxing. A special thank you to Bruno for his outstanding hospitality! He was incredibly friendly, helpful, and welcoming, making sure we felt right at home from the moment we arrived. His kindness and attention to detail made our experience even more memorable. We truly appreciated everything and would highly recommend...

"The property was on the perfect location for the Vatican and Basilica! Many restaurants nearby as well! Only wished for another pillow. Thank you for the daily coffee and treats!"

"Lovely little hotel, brilliant location"

"Property was well maintained and close to train station, walkable to market and restaurants"

"10/5 stars!! We had such a wonderful stay here! The location in Vatican City was incredible, and you could see the statues of St. Peter's Basilica right from the room. There is an old school elevator in the building, a mini fridge in the room, and daily cleaning. The property itself was beautiful, with a cute balcony patio and so many lovely personal touches from the host that made our stay feel especially welcoming. Alessandro greeted us with cold water when we arrived, and gave us great...

"We loved the location!"

"Very responsive host. Checking in was swift. The place was immaculately clean and well-maintained. The property was conveniently located safe."

"We had a very nice stay at Folia B & B for the most part. Our host Chiara was very nice and explained things about the apartment. She even gave us information about places to visit in Rome by explaining it on a map. The apartment had enough space for my family of four. There was only one issue in the restroom with flushing. Our host did try to repair it and and she messaged us to check how we were doing. She said she was going to have that repaired after our stay since we were there for a...

"Breakfast was included, basic. Girls friendly and helpful. I had two evening meals, didn’t enjoy at all. They need a new cook! I choose to eat elsewhere afterwards. Rooms were clean , phone didn’t work. Asked for help with luggage upon leaving, didn’t come. I managed myself. Staff at desk should learn to speak English. WHY ARE YOU CHARGING FOR SERVICES, GRATUITIES FOR HOTEL SERVICE. ROOM RATES ARE HIGH , SHOULD BE ENOUGH TO PAY YOUR STAFF."

"Staff was great, room was great, location was perfect"

"Ótimo quarto, muito limpo e localização maravilhosa, próxima do metrô, mercados e ao Museu Varicano"

"The Spring House Hotel Rome Vatican, Tapestry Collection by Hilton, was a fantastic choice for my visit to Rome! The location is excellent, especially for anyone planning to explore Vatican City, St. Peter’s Basilica, and the Vatican Museums. What makes this hotel particularly appealing is the convenience of being close to some of Rome’s most incredible historical and cultural attractions. It’s a great home base for experiencing the beauty, history, and atmosphere of this extraordinary...

"The property is clean and the location is near the amenities, grocery, restaurant, coffee shop ."

"Mateo was excellent!!! Very helpful, courteous and Knowledgeable. It very amenities but then again we spent our time exploring Rome and Italy and only used the hotel to sleep in. Great location, close to everything. I’d recommend it and would stay there again. Only drawback is no parking, so if you rent a car you are stuck having to scour open parking spots on the street and pay by the hour."
