"Very nice, clean, cozy place. Conveniently located close to Vatican. What makes the property unique- is the host Francesco. He is very courteous and attentive to any needs and easy to reach. He welcomed us like we were his houseguests, assisted with information how to navigate around, where to eat, where to go to make the best of the trip. Thank you Francesco! Highly recommended!"

"The room is co-located within an apartment with a total of 4 rooms. Each room has a private bathroom and HVAC system. There is a communal 1/2 bath (toilet and sink). Our room had a European queen bed and trundle bed with mini-fridge, coffee machine (pod style), hot water pitcher, and safe. There is also a communal area for ironing. "Everything was great. If seeing the Vatican is a priority, then this is the place to stay, the location quite literally couldn’t be better. The hospitality was fantastic and Ernesto gave us great recommendations for restaurants and directions whenever we needed it. I’ll be staying here from now on whenever I come to Rome. "
