"The room was small but clean and very serviceable. Shuttle from the airport was easy. It was so nice after a long flight not to have to worry about how to get to the hotel. For the price it was fantastic!"

"This hotel is wonderful, I got checked in extremely fast thanks to the staff being very well organized. The shuttle to and from the airport is also very nice, the schedule is varied throughout the day, but it's posted at the bus stop at the airport and given to guests in the form of a sheet."

"I rated the hotel with the service, which was excellent. Quick & easy check in, very helpful staff, friendly. Buffet breakfast was well worth it, really good selection of food, and the food was delicious. Bed was not too bad, if you like firm beds. Hotel is a bit run down, but for what you pay for, its definitely worth it, and close to narita airport with a free hotel shuttle."

"Nice hotel, very reasonably priced and excellent for a Narita airport departure. The staff are excellent and professional and even the shuttle bus staff were very helpful and friendly. The rooms are a tad small and not the most modern but overall I think the staff make this hotel as they treat it as a high end hotel with their professionalism. Very impressed and will use this hotel again."
