"Close to everything! Airport limousine bus stops right infront of the hotel. Walking distance to Namsam Tower. They clean room everyday with fresh supplies of water and towels. There’s a washer and dryer that’s so easy to use (7000 KRW). Breakfast buffet is great. There is a view of the Namsam Tower. We enjoyed our stay."

"Everything was perfect when I checked in, the room was nice and clean, the staff were very helpful. After I checked out, I left my bags with the receptionist and once I came back. The bottle of water I had was broken and when I asked the guy working at the reception, he just yes and offered no apology. Considering how big the hotel is, I was genuinely surprised by the response."

"I booked the hotel based on the central location. Everything was walkable From the hotel, or it was a close walk to the subway. The selling point for this hotel is the staff. From the time we got there to hotel check out, the staff paid attention to our needs and was very proactive about making our stay enjoyable and comfortable. We got there early and the hotel saw how exhausted and tired we were and they made accommodations to get a room ready so we could rest. They also took all of our luggage and stored it for us in a secure area. There was a dayshift male manager that was working alone. He paid attention to everything and went out of his way to walk us to recommended eateries and stores. This hotel is a boutique hotel with minimal staffing and amenities but the staff they have here made the stay memorable."
