"We had a very comfortable room - the bed and pillows were amazing and we slept so well. Lovely staff and all very clean. The breakfast was excellent. We loved all the art around the hotel and it was great to have a small swimming pool on the roof top to dip in to. Only thing missing for me was tea or coffee making facilities in the bedroom. Great location in a safe neighbourhood. The metro is an 8 minute walk and there was a bus stop right outside too so good for public transport. "

"Great city break hotel. Room was smaller than expected but more than manageable for two people. All staff were very welcoming and attentive. Room was cleaned and fresh towels and water provided daily. Pool was a great added extra given the heat and humidity while we were there. Would definitely stay again "
"Everything is excellent, except that during the very very quiet night， you can hear the intermittent sound made by the plumbing tube and the wall. The vibration sound created by the plumbing at about 20 sec interval. It is a very subtle sound, it bother me but not my wife. It took me an extra 5 min to fell into sleep. Two of my daughters said it is the 2nd best hotel they ever had. They rate Shargrilla the top. I will come back again for sure if i ever needed to."
