We booked the executive room which had a lovely balcony. The only thing that was a bit tricky for us is that the door to the room does not automatically close, so you have to rescan the card and make sure it’s closed. The rich history and architecture throughout is breathtaking and the rooms were impeccable with one of the most comfortable beds and amazing turndown service I’ve had in a while. "Simplesmente fantástico, um dos melhores hotéis em que ficamos hospedado. Posso dizer sem exagero pois está no mesmo nível do Hilton Miami Hotel e Orlando Florida Mall. Tudo estava perfeito, não faltou absolutamente nada. Ótima acomodação com excelente cama, um ótimo chuveiro e utensílios domésticos adequados, a internet funcionou muito bem e o hotel é muito bem localizado, as concierges são amáveis e prestativas. Muito silencioso. Vou postar fotos para confirmar."
