"Great property and convenient location away from the crowds yet close to the action. Nicely appointed, updated and clean. 5 minute walk from the Vatican area. 2 minute walk to a taxi stand. Lots of restaurants nearby. Owner, Anna was extremely helpful answering all our questions and giving recommendations. She was terrific. We stayed there twice, once on each end of our Italian vacation. We had no problems walking the area. We would definitely stay here again on our next trip to Rome. "

"We had a wonderful experience at Folia B&B. Chiara was very helpful and spoke great English. She tidied the room every day. The shared kitchen was immaculate. There was refrigerator and freezer space available. Breakfast was simple but more than sufficient. Coffee, tea, juices, yogurt, toast, jam, cereal and milk, supply refreshed everyday. Chiara made everything pleasant and easy for us to enjoy this beautiful city!"

"This place was perfect, right out side Vatican City wall. The staff was so helpful and accommidating with anything we needed. Communication about check in was amazing, and they were able to meet us the moment we got to the hotel even though check in was not for 4 more hours. Felt super safe at the resort, and again location was just what I wanted."

"Proprietor Marina was SO pleasant, accommodating, and helpful! The property itself was clean, cute, quiet, and conveniently located. Despite its old-timey charm, the tiny cage elevator was a bit inconvenient for our group of 6; but this was only a minor flaw. Overall, a great stay!"
