"Hotel is a bit out in the sticks but there is public transport close by. Room was very basic and clean could maybe do with a fresh lick of paint but the bed was comfy. After the mix up with the rooms which ended up with us entering an occupied room the staff were very helpful to fix the error which took 3 attempts to actually get us a room that was free !"

"We arrived at the Gar de Lyon just before midnight after a train trip from Venice and were welcomed and granted a late checkout the next day. The hotel is within easy walking distance of the station. The room was clean and comfortable with a nice bathroom and USB charging ports for devices. Breakfast was buffet style with lots of options and a huge range of good bread and pastry. There was scrambled egg but you could also boil your own eggs. We really appreciated the comfort of the hotel after a day travelling and recommend it highly."

"The hotel is in an older building The lobby is nice when you walk in. But our room was located in the back building. We had to use two different elevators and walk through an outdoor courtyard with old, unpainted furniture with a broken sun umbrella. I was a bit worried what our room was going to look like. It was dated and the carpet was dirty but, the bed was clean and comfortable. Bathroom towels were very thin. Room had a nice small kitchenette but we didn’t use it. "

"This hotel is a great find. Very modern and efficient, had everything I needed except bottled water. It was cute and clean and the staff was very helpful. It’s conveniently located next to two large metro stations, so commuting into the tourist areas is quite easy after you figure out the system. I would stay at other CitizenM locations after this one. It felt very high-tech and chic. My room was very quiet and had such a lovely view of the Seine and the beautiful clock tower. The bedding was also very comfortable."

"The rooms are small so if you want to sit and read you’ll have to do so in bed. Street facing rooms are above the restaurant which can be quite loud when people can eat outdoors. The staff are nice and welcoming and the neighborhood offers other places to grab a pastry or sandwich or sit down and dine. "
