"I wish l could live there! The decor was high end and magical. The elevator smells like cinnamon buns. The staff was top.notch. I don't see how you could stay there and be anything but joyful"

Out of all of our hotel stays across and back through the US, this hotel was the best from an aesthetic standpoint, but the most disappointing and noisiest from an enjoyment perspective. "Rooms clean and nice Waterpark was great"

"Great location. Free trolley shuttle to downtown running continuously with online tracker. We had a nice room with king size bed, and nice view overlooking downtown amd the mountains. Staff was very nice and helpful. Nothing wrong with this hotel at all that we knew off. Pool is nice and clean and even has water slide for kids."

"Great location- walking distance to the Gulch neighborhood, <2 miles to Broadway."

I will say the beds were rather uncomfortable, but...

"Everything was fine except air conditioner was so loud had to turn it off"

"Angela at the front desk was marvelous! Rooms were clean and gatlinburg destinations are walkable if you please."

"Very clean!!! Staff were amazing and quick to help!!!"

"One Hottub was cold. Had to move vehicle to upper level because I was told I couldn’t park on first level. Upper level was full."

"Clean Room"
