The location and the amenities. It was very clean and good friendly service from everyone. The check in time was not on time but the facility made up for it and upgraded us. Food was good. Trolley service was very convenient and I would stay here again.

I did not like that my room keys were held hostage until I went through the VIP desk for them to try and schedule me for a tour in hopes I would buy. Other than that, it was excellent. The staff was superb.

The Westgate Resort property is very beautiful and well maintained. There is no charge for parking but there is a daily resort fee, which we knew prior to booking. There is a pool, fitness center and spa on the property which we did not use but they looked very nice. We ate at the onsite restaurant called Southern Comfort. The breakfast menu was limited and the food was underwhelming, especially compared to the various breakfasts we enjoyed in Gatlinburg & Pigeon Forge. All the staff at the resort were friendly & helpful. The shuttle around the property and to the trolley stop was nice since walking the hilly property can be a challenge. Overall we enjoyed our stay!!

Property was very Clean, the Room I got was an upgrade due to a studio with no windows and on Website the studio had a window 🤔overall they have awesome Views and plenty of activities for families and or couples. Exit the resort and to the left is Gatlinburg about 3 miles and to the Right is Pigeon Forge about 4 miles which made it a perfect location to go and do the tons of activities outside the resort.

Rooms were super clean and property was beautiful, staff was more than willing to accommodate my request and made our weekend Absolutely spectacular!! my only complaint is that I got tricked into sitting through a timeshare presentation. Other than that, I have no complaints.

Everything was close to property. The trolly rides and shuttle transportation right on the property. You can leave your vehicle parked all vacation. Rooms were clean and tidy. Wash and dryer were a plus for me with the kids constantly changing and dirtying clothes. Staff was very friendly.

Really loved my stay with the family and I will plan to go back in the near future. One one thing the Water Park needs updates please they charge extra to get access which can added yup with a family of five. They should give us discounts for staying at the hotels or something. But so far I enjoyed my stay and we got to see a Bear on the property pretty cool.

The rooms are beautiful, clean, has all the conveniences of home. We loved it!! The views are absolutely incredible. And seeing the Mama bear and her 3 little cubs in their natural habitat was indescribable. The staff were Amazing and there's plenty to do just on site. Highly recommend this place!!

Would have been worth it if waterpark tickets were included for at least one day. I only booked because the listing said it was included just to have to pay $116 more for 1 day at the water park. The view wasn’t that great from all the construction still taking place and was woke up at 7AM both mornings with timeshare tours going on right outside my window. Other than that staff was nice upon arrival and rooms were clean. Pool was nice with live music and I liked that it wasn’t open late. Wouldnt allow late check out due to too many check outs :(

Kids and adults had a great time celebrating the 4th of July I think it should be mentioned clearly in the ad that the indoor water park is not included in the stay. We did end up paying the extra and didn’t really feel it was worth it. Maybe in the winter it would be tho.
