"We loved our stay here. Villas El Encanto is located in a quiet residential area with lots of lovely bakery and breakfast options nearby. Our accommodation was excellent. 5 of us (incl 3 teenagers) stayed in a very cool and comfortable family cabin with filtered water and a fully equipped kitchen area. We enjoyed the pool area as well as the pretty garden. Thank you so much for a lovely stay - the kids were very sad to say goodbye to the dogs :-)"

"We had a great time in off season. The property was clean and service was great. Ac was very cold. I love the beds and lounging. Plenty of access to towels. I loved that the food in buffets were closed off for bugs. Because it was off season it wasn’t crowded and very pleasant. The water is beautiful with many fish to see. It was so warm and clear. Pool service was fantastic. Aaron was great. The seafood restaurant had some of the best food I’ve had at an all inclusive. Taxi ride to downtown was...

"Such a great little place in an awesome location! Walking distance to the ferry and main downtown area. Beautiful views of the sea from the rooftop pool! The snack bar of now open until later in the evening! Great menu for dinner and drinks with decent prices. Drinks are beautifully hand-crafted and delivered to you in the pool! We loved Jaime and Sergio - fantastic customer service! The only negative - the loud, thumping bass beat persisting until 2am on the weekend."
