"1. Room we stayed in was small, with very little room for storage. 2. I was unable to play the 9 hole golf course that is promoted as a feature. I'm nearly 80 years old and unable to walk a golf course. Since it's a "walk only" course, I couldn't play. 3. General parking is a long walk away from the hotel and in a dirt lot. Walking it was horrible, with uneven holes and filled with water when small rains happen. Outside my room, I saw a paved parking lot at is apparently used only for valet...

"I wish I knew ahead of time there is no elevator and no ac in room..other than that it was a good hotel"

"The host was very friendly and helpful. See the place and experience the Island vibe."

"It is an amazing place; the owner really loves her job, and I would 10/10 recommend staying here. It has a very nice location, and the breakfast was spot on."

"This place was great. Convenient and comfortable. Used laundry just what is needed on an adventure packed trip."

"This property was the highlight of our trip to Hilo. The gourmet dinner and included breakfasts were terrific. We will plan to come back!"

"Perfect stay!!"

"Definitely stay here! The rooms are lovely as are the hosts. It's right on the water, a short walk or drive to the main shops & farmers market. Also a short drive to many lovely beaches. The breakfast was incredible - and they even accomodated gluten-free. Really great overall, great deal and we'll stay again if on Hilo!"

"It was a convenient place to say in the Hilo area. Owner was helpful. Breakfasts were yummy."

"Checked in and came back that evening to find someone else sleeping in my room. They gave me another room but had to relocate everything. Weird."
