"Check in was okay. Took a while finding my record but it’s all good. Friendly staff. I wish there’s a curtain separating the toilet from the shower. Clean room. Refrigerator and some kitchen items provided. I slept early. They’re very helpful."

"The Funny Lion ist ein super Hotel, sehr sauber und super Frühstücksangebot. Auch das Personal ist sehr engagiert, ich muss leider fast sagen, dass es z.T. zu engagiert ist. Deshalb dafür nur 4 Sterne, da es für mein Geschmack zu viel Sales-Party war. Bis zu drei Mal wurden wir z.B. beim Frühstück auf das Abendangebot angesprochen. In Summe aber ein super Hotel und ich komme gerne wieder."

"We really liked this hotel. Only stayed for one night but the staff were so great, the room was comfortable and even provided us a fan as well as an AC unit. The breakfast options were so amazing. We ordered and it was prepared for us very quick and delicious. 10/10 would recommend this hotel to someone staying in the area. Great location and very central. "Beautiful hidden oasis. My partner and I absolutely loved our stay here. Staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. The room was spacious with great aircon and TV with English movie channel's. Bathroom was modern and really nice. The grounds are beautifully filled with greenery and lovely relaxing pool. "

"Service here was excellent - one worker even chased us down the road to make sure we knew the right way to get to where we were going! Really nice and quiet location and really close to Baker’s Hill. Spotless room with nice A/C and a spacious bathroom. Excellent establishment!"

"The room is clean. I was pleasantly surprised after a long trip from El Nido to be welcomed by a spacious clean white room. We had a big bed for my husband and I and, two single beds for my two daughters. For the price we paid, it was really good value. We had an early morning flight, so they offered to pack our breakfast. They have arranged for our tour and our van to the airport. The.staff is friendly and accommodating. "

"5 mins walk away from the bay front, with bars and restaurants. Also not too far away from the airport. We opted for the villa, which had our own garden area, and came with free breakfast. Would definitely recommend "
