"The service provided by front desk staff, Anthony was superb (5 star treatment). Anthony is a credit to your hotel. We were so warmly welcomed and then offered a local restaurant recommendation and reservation. We had a super early morning flight and a shuttle was no problem and it was only a 5 minute drive. Everything was so clean and lovely. We only wish we could have stayed longer! "

"Munting Paraiso is a lovely property with warm, friendly staff. The grounds are attractive, well groomed and clean. This is a different type of atmosphere than the cookie-cutter resorts. "My wife and I spent 2 nights here and had a very pleasant experience! The hotel is comfortable, the bed was nice, the A/C was consistent, and the hotel staff were very helpful and courteous. "The property was adequate to stay for one night before heading off to explore Palawan, but I wouldn’t want to stay for multiple nights. Friendly and helpful staff, room was clean enough although the A/C had trouble keeping up with very hot/ humid weather. The pool area needed a bit of maintenance but was otherwise pleasant. "It's off the main roads but minutes away from them. It has a view to die for. The staff as most of the Filipino people are, well just super polite and gracious. If I go back to Palawan I know where I will stay. Worth a visit and you'll see why, plus the food and breakfast is incredible not to mention the rooftop bar and beautiful swimming pool. "

"Rooftop pool and bar very enjoyable. Rooms are very clean, mattress and bedding comfortable. Breakfast buffet was very good with different options daily. Lechon was very delicious never thought of it as a breakfast item but enjoyed every last bite. The Staff was always very helpful with everything. "The room was nice & everything was working, but the property as a whole seemed somewhat neglected - it needed a fresh coat of paint and some maintenance. The staff were very friendly and helpful, but were not eager to clean my room - still, they provided fresh towels and bedding when requested. Breakfast was simple but tasty.
