"The service provided by front desk staff, Anthony was superb (5 star treatment). Anthony is a credit to your hotel. We were so warmly welcomed and then offered a local restaurant recommendation and reservation. We had a super early morning flight and a shuttle was no problem and it was only a 5 minute drive. "Munting Paraiso is a lovely property with warm, friendly staff. The grounds are attractive, well groomed and clean. This is a different type of atmosphere than the cookie-cutter resorts. "It's off the main roads but minutes away from them. It has a view to die for. The staff as most of the Filipino people are, well just super polite and gracious. "The room was nice & everything was working, but the property as a whole seemed somewhat neglected - it needed a fresh coat of paint and some maintenance.
