The cleanliness was exceptional, and the breakfast far exceeded our expectations with a variety of delicious options. One of the highlights was the stunning rooftop bar—breathtaking views and the perfect place to unwind. A special shoutout to Tommy! He was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely cared about creating a great experience for us. He went above and beyond in every way. We would definitely stay here again. "This mountaintop venue above the clouds is extraordinary. The only way to arrive here is through the cog-rail train or the gondola. The crowds without hotel reservations are there only during the day but leave on the last trip down around 5:30 so the mornings and evenings are quiet. Hiking trails abound. The restaurant serves excellent food. The rooms are basic but clean and with everything you need. "
