It was too cold to use the pool but they have a nice relaxing wellness center with sauna. "The hotel is a less than 10 minute bus ride (#20) from the Lucerne train station and the bus stop is about 100 yards from the hotel. It’s got beautiful mountain views, a comfortable room (#351), a nice sized shower and air conditioning that works great in this heat wave! Breakfast is really good too, but the two things I really liked were the automated check-in (you do it yourself on a tablet and even make your own room keys) and Manuela, the employee I could always find. She knew so much about where to go and what to do and spoke perfect English on top of it. She even helped us add an extra day stay because we liked Lucerne so much! My husband and I would definitely come back!"
