"Location wise, this could not be better. Staff were very helpful, breakfast was nice. The restaurant in the evening has a good selection of Swiss traditional dishes - otherwise you can cross the road and go to Loewen (which belongs to the hotel as well). Note that for late night check-in you need to call them so they can leave your room key in a safe box at the main entrance (dead easy)."
"The room decoration is old and classic. The breakfast is excellent, actually the best breakfast for our 12 days trip. The hotel located so close to waterfall, which you can hear it from your room. "

The location is in a quiet village, accessible via different routes and close to so many attractions and activities.

"Family owned hotel and restaurant was a nice touch. Located just outside of Luzern downtown and reachable by train which is a 5 minute walk from the hotel. Note the train only comes once an hour so plan accordingly.
Several walkable restaurants nearby. Staff was very accommodating and helpful and provided travel adapters for free.
Breakfast was a nice spread including eggs, cheese, meats and other items. Hotel was very quiet and well kept.

"Excellent value hotel - clean and comfortable. Outdoor pool looked nice (unfortunately, it was raining, so we didn't get to take advantage of it). Staff was friendly. Breakfast is typical German/Swiss (Bread, meat, cheese, yogurt, juice, muesli, coffee/tea). Great stopover traveling between Germany and Italy. Free parking right out front of the building - very convenient! "
"It’s a little outside of Lucerne, so be prepared to have a car specifically for this location. Transportation isn’t nearby or walkable and the Ubers are expensive! Other than that, it was awesome to have free breakfast and a bunch of dining options so close by on the shared property. The room and bathroom were large and clean! "
