Quaint 150 year old hotel that has modern luxuries. We stayed in Room 35, which was on top floor with two window views of Lake Lucerne. Staff was very friendly. Would stay there again.

The staff was warm and very helpful. They enhanced our stay at this charming hotel. The breakfast was wonderful, and the breakfast room was lovely. We had a gorgeous view of the mountains and the lake.

Charming hotel, cute rooms. The staff are very kind and helpful. Rooms were kept neat and clean everyday. Breakfast offered was nice, there was an assortment of options so it was difficult to find something to eat. The location of the hotel was wonderful. Just steps away from the lake. Pretty much-needed walking distance to anything!

The location is fantastic, and the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. Check-in was smooth and easy, and my room was beautiful, with every detail thoughtfully designed. I especially appreciated the coffee and amenities on the second floor, as well as the in-room touches and the daily housekeeping service. The quiet terrace with its beautiful view was another highlight. Even the small gestures, like the water bottle they gave me upon departure, made a difference. I truly felt at home during my stay and only have positive things to say about this place.

The front desk staff were very helpful with directions and super nice in every interaction we had with them. Quiet lounge area to visit. Our room was comfortable. We loved the old hotel feel wlith modern art. This is a hotel for those that appreciate historic architecture and relaxed visiting.
