"I absolutely loved the view from the double doors in my room and its balcony, the comfortable bed, the silence between my room and others (I was only on floor 3 but it was very quiet), the grandeur of the hotel although it is almost like a slight pastiche of itself as some of it is a tiny bit jaded/faded. The carpet in my room and garishly tiled but classically designed bathroom are both approximately 40+ years old but I found really comforting as it reminded me of staying at my grandparents! ...

"Adoramos o Hotel quarto amplo com vista para o Lago e os alpes, tem dois restaurantes nele, o atendimento da Lara que fala portugues foi otimo, e um hotel antigo que foi reformado e esta todo tecnológico desde o check in por email, tem estacionamento interno bom com conexao para o hotel, o frigobar e free o que achamos otimo, o cafe da manha nao tomamos pois achamos muito caro por pessoas 40 Euros o que precisa melhorar a cama para minha filha no sofa cama nao era muito confortável e o sinal de...

"big room with view, 5 mins by bus from train station and the bus stop is right in front of the hotel. The in-door pool is not warm water and it's pretty small for a swimmer. breakfast is ok."

"Its a very traditional, older chalet and amenities are in line with older style places. The staff were faultless, helpful, courteous and tolerant of our coming and going. Its a hike to get there but the free railway, if you have the time, saves on cab fares. Food is fresh and its very popular for dinner with everyone in town and the views are terrific.. Thanks especially to Tebo for looking after us but they were all great. "

"The bus stop is right in front of the hotel and runs every 10 minutes. The room was very clean. There was a very good selection for breakfast."

"nice location near the train station, the lake, shops and restaurants. HOWEVER, the contruction of the hotel is really sensitive to sound so I got really distracted by the neighbours rudely smashing things really loudly, and nostop since early 6-8am."
