"So room was nice and big, what we didn’t like is that we had to pay for the sheets for every bed. This is the first time this has ever happened checking in and being asked if I have the sheets and it will be 12 eruo for each bed and to top it off I had to clean it myself or pay them to clean my room. We have been on many vacations never have we been charged extra for them to clean the room. And fyi the room was not that clean when we got there with panties in the trash can. "I hate leaving negative info but for the benefit of future travelers, I have to be honest about a few items with this property: 1. It was absolutely buzzing with flies inside. There was spray and a fly swatter inside which indicates this must be a known issue to the property manager. It made our short stay very uncomfortable. 2. This is not a hot tub, it is a swedish bath. It was ice cold on arrival and would've taken hours to warm up to a useable temperature. That might've been ok but we...

"Absolutely outstanding property located right across from the train station and net restaurants and shops. The views from the hotel are stunning. Staff and service were also excellent. "

"Location was excellent! Room had a great lake view and was very comfortable. The only staff we encountered was at the front desk. She was great! We could walk to and from the train station, BUT on the route we took we had go DOWN towards the lake and encountered a LOT of stairs to go down, which leads towards the lake, turned left at the bottom of the stairs then a few blocks to the hotel. Escalator is available on the return to train station, in lieu of the LOTS of stairs BUT only an UP escalator. We had only carryon luggage, so it was okay on the down part, but if we’d had larger luggage we would’ve gotten a taxi or ride share. Overall it was a great location. The promenade along the lake is spectacular! Would definitely book this hotel again!"

"This hotel is very convenient. You exit tge train and walk to the hotel on platform one. Our room was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the view of the lake and city from the terrace and were the only ones there.!! Breakfast is not included and cost Fr.18 ($22) We chose to walk to the Migro supermarket about 8 minutes down near the lake to get our yogurt and fruit instead. The staff were very friendly and helpful from the minute of our arrival."
