I The hotel is in a nice location close to the lake. The Freddie mercury statue and graffiti wall close by. The hotel is ok a little worn but a good price for Montreux. Parking is an issue and tough to find. there are garages but you will pay . I think this is true throughout cities in France and Switzerland.

Good location and generally clean - however, the facilities were not well maintained. The lift which services the building can be heard by any rooms located near it, which means that it can be noisy throughout the night . Raised issue with staff and they just said that it had been like that for years. Some of the bathroom faucets were wobbly and not attached properly. Part of the freezer door was damaged and exposed polystyrene could be observed. But it did work.

Great location, very clean room and bathroom. Nice soap in washroom, room had kettle with two instant coffees and also a fan for the room. Beds comfortable and clean. Staff helpful. Elevator is a bit noisy, you can hear it in your room. Recommend ear plugs for sleeping. Would recommend staying here.

Friendly and helpful staff. The hotel is a little dated but clean and tidy. We were in a ground floor room and the noise travelled badly through the night. Breakfast was great, location was great. Would stay here again

Very basic but clean hotel. Perfect location close to the lake boardwalk. But my room basicaly had a,windows on side street level which means I could never have curtains open. Also it was hot 35C + and there was no AC. Rooms on higher floor would be fine. No fridge or coffee machine.
