The hotel located at 5min walking distance from Chinatown and bus stop 474 to YUL airport just 1-2 minutes walking distance. 15 minutes walking distance to St. Paul street and old port. The location can’t beat. The staff is really friendly and helpful. They allowed us to have 1 hour late check out without any fees. But the room is quite dark and furnitures are old. Make me feel little bit creepy. We live in 2 bedrooms suit, easy for family traveling together.

The location can't be beat. We went for Jazz fest and it is a five minute walk to Jazz fest and equally a five minute walk to old Montreal. The room was big. The breakfast was great and the staff were very attentive and present during breakfast.

Upon arriving at this hotel we were immediately greeted by Adam at the front desk. He welcomed us and provided us with all the necessary information. Our room was clean, the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was clean and the shower was great. There was a television in the living room and bedroom and also a kitchenette with a full sized fridge. No stove. We slept well, as there was no noise from the street. The breakfast served in the morning was very good. I highly recommend this great hotel. The staff work hard to please.

One star. I never spent a single night here — I walked into the room, saw the condition it was in, and left immediately. The room did not match the listing photos in any way. There were visible stains, and the space was dirty on arrival. It was not in a condition I was willing to sleep in, and I don't say that lightly — I've stayed in a lot of hotels and this is the first one I've ever refused on sight. What turned a bad room into a genuinely frustrating experience was how the refund was handled. When I asked for my money back, the manager was difficult and unhelpful, and deflected me to Expedia. Expedia then told me the refund decision was the manager's to make. So I was sent back and forth between the two, with each pointing at the other, while standing there having paid for a room I never used. I'd strongly caution anyone booking here: the photos are not representative, and if something goes wrong, be prepared for the property to make getting a refund as difficult as possible. Book elsewhere.

When we reached property I was surprised how dated it looked. We booked based on reviews online. But I must say was pleasantly surprised with facilities available . Rooms are clean and comfortable. Tea coffee water available throughout. Very convenient location . Staff very courteous and friendly and polite. Having full fridge , microwave and mini kitchen is helpful. Good breakfast is included. AC in bedroom. Will recommend.

My husband and I spent six nights in this efficient, well kept hotel. It is excellent for everyone, especially for families traveling with children. There was a full sized refrigerator in our kitchenette and a small microwave which we utilized every day. We enjoyed hot breakfasts with fresh fruits, yogurts, juices each morning and equally important, met some nice people along the way. We appreciated using the laundry room, having a clean batch of clothes to carry us through the summer heat and Montreal jazz festival. Underground parking is available (you can go and come) but we left the car there all six days. Chinatown food stores and restaurants is a block away on Rene Levesque. The staff is welcoming, helpful and always available.
