"The Hotel was absolutely fabulous & certainly lived up to expectations , We had a suite on the 14th floor . The Housekeeping was brilliant & the suite was extremely comfortable . The staff could not have been more professional , helpful & informative . I cannot name them all but Barbara on Reception . Sergio & Zak in the Lex Bar & as we were celebrating a birthday we booked a table in the upstairs area of the Lex Bar & had the most beautiful meal . Nicely cooked & well presented & our server...

"A great value in NYC! Good midtown East location. Very spacious, sunny and immaculately clean suite. Comfortable seating for four and stocked free standing bar and refrigerator in front room. Multiple closets. Outdoor balcony with terrific views. Multiple closets. Extremely comfortable bed and perfect pillows. I’d happily live here."

"The place is small but very well kept. The staff is exceptional. Would recommend"

"Wonderful hotel, very clean"

"Our room was clean and comfortable, (beds, linens and towels) but the rug on the floor had a couple of stains. The window curtains need to be replaced. The inside (the side that faces the window) was old so when you brushed up against the curtain you ended up with white powder dust all over your clothes. Of course, you only touched the inside of the curtain when you came in from the outside patio. The colors in the room were nice and bright but didn't go with the rest of the vibe of the...

"Excellent location,"

"Great choice for 5th Avenue. The location is great for shopping. The hotel room is comfort with a warm atmosphere."

"Great location. I loved that the hotel is quiet any day of the week and the staff super nice and helpful. Great rooftop bar and decent breakfast. I wish our room was bigger but I loved the Japanese style toilet."

"I am so impressed with this hotel. Every staff member is so friendly and professional. The room was clean, comfy, quiet and the area is safe! They want that for their customers and you can tell. The breakfast is some of the best continental I have ever had at a hotel. There is a bar open till 12 which is genius because the front desk can serve basic things like wine, beer and liquor and soda. That was nice. The view was nice. And omg just so good. I will be back!!"

"We stayed at Pod 39 for two nights. It is centrally located, grand central station it's about 3-4 blocks away, and it was easy to get around. The room was small but it was clean"

"This is a unique hotel. Everyone was so friendly, helpful and welcoming. The location was very convenient for catching the ferry. I would absolutely stay there again."

"If you get a room here make sure it's not an interior room with a tiny airshaft window. The ones that face the front or back of the building are great, but watch out for the others. They have teeny tiny windows and lack sufficient airflow."
