The hotel is very well located, within walking distance of two subway stations. The beds were comfortable, and the rooms were spacious enough for a comfortable stay. However, the breakfast was disappointing. There were no healthy options available, and no vegetables were offered. The housekeeping service could also be improved. Before last night we specifically asked at the reception for the shampoo and shower gel to be refilled, but our request was not fulfilled. As a result, we ended up without enough toiletries, which made taking a shower rather inconvenient.

Great family hotel in quiet area of Queens walking distance to the subway station. It was about 15 minutes to Times Square or Central Park. The room was spacious, I was surprised by nice full fridge with freezer, microwave and dishwasher. Great place for family on the budget for exploring Manhattan. On Sunday the breakfast area could be cleaner.

I was extremely disappointed with the quality of the hotel due to below reasons -Breakfast has very limited options ( not even a scrambled egg, not even one veggie option) horrible coffee! -Beds were double and not queen sofa bed had an uncomfortable mattress -Pillows were smelly and not comfortable -Shampoo bottle was empty -55$ per night parking !

The room was clean the bathroom tub was a little dirty but I guess it wasn’t the worst. My checking was smooth jessica fixed everything when I accidentally booked the wrong room. Things went good though. I like the fact that you need a key card to get in the front door I felt very safe. I would stay here again. Even thought the parking garage was full during my stay & o had to park on the street or a different parking deck.
