"The staff were very nice and helpful. The hotel was within walking distance of many restaurants. The breakfast was good quality. I had hot water both days when I showered. There is no heat which is typical of hotels in Peru. The hotel did provide a really thick extra blanket."

"Realmente una atencion de primera, siempre atentos a tus necesidades, nos consiguieron los tours, nos guardaron las maletas, nunca me dijeron no a nada, habia una mesa para tomar cafe o mate siempre. Los empleados muy atentos y que se diga del dueño juan Carlos, lo mejor. Me senti en familia siempre!! Le doy 5 estrellas !!! Lo volveria a timar a ojos cerrados. Los precios incomparables!!!"
