Breakfast was decent, though it could use more variety. Food service was a bit slow, but the staff were so friendly that it hardly mattered. Room bathroom, could use upgrading. The location is excellent, within walking distance of great restaurants and a very cool, trendy nightlife area."

"Location is a bit far from most of the tourist sites, but the property itself is amazing for the price. Clean & the staff is friendly. Large rooms, comfortable beds, & good air conditioning. The only marks against it which we experienced are that they don't have any extra blankets, & the water never really got hot in the shower (sufficient to take one, but not nice & warm for an enjoyable bask—good after a hot day out, but otherwise tepid). "The hotel was all right. Night staff did not speak english, but was eager to accommodate all needs. Day staff speaks pretty good english and they are very nice persons too. For the taxi driver from the airport is was nearly impossible to find the hotel. Soi 19 and 23 is easily found, but the address of the hotel Soi 21 is hidden."

"Obwohl über exedia gebucht und bezahlt, musste ich vor Ort noch mal komplett bar bezahlen. Das Hotel wusste nichts von einer Buchung und Bezahlug. Auch die Hotline bzw der chat mit Expedia war alles andere als hilfreich. Keine Unterstützung, der Chat wurde irgendwann einfach beendet. Mein Resultat daraus: NIE MEHR WIEDER MIT EXPEDIA BUCHEN!!!!!!!"
