"Everything during our overnight stay was perfect. We arrived early at the airport and thought we'd have to wait for our allotted shuttle bus, but it was fine to get an earlier one and we arrived at the hotel with no drama. The room was big and comfortable. But without a doubt the best part of our stay was the breakfast. A large choice of Asian and Western dishes all well cooked and delicious. The winter melon soup was a standout. Try the Thai milk tea - yum. We thought beforehand that it might be better to go to a local place to eat, but absolutely not. Breakfast runs from 6.30 till 10, so you could easily have 2 breakfasts! "

"Our room wasn’t ready when we checked in at 7pm. We were given a free drink as a result. The room smelt strongly of stale sweat, damp and mould. The shower grouting looked mouldy. We complained to the reception and they sent up a cleaner who simply sprayed air freshener. They moved us to a larger room which was better. Staff were all friendly and nice. Free shuttle to the airport. "

"The room was clean but hot because the AC only works when the key is inside the key holder. There was a repair going on at the hotel. The drilling noise was annoying. The staff were very kind, polite, and helpful. Our room needed remodeling."

"Breakfast was great, beautiful pool area & gym..the free airport shuttle was the thing that made me book the hotel as i was 2am when i landed. The shuttle was there by exit 5 lady' in a pink jacket with all the hotels on boards. So its easy to find. Only takes 15 minutes max"
