"This was the most amazing hotel to stay at. The staff was super friendly, easy free parking, incredible breakfast, multiple well maintained pools and lounge spaces with some overlooking the beach right across the hotel! I would go back in a heartbeat."

"I had to upgrade my room because the first room smelled stale and didn’t seem clean. Also there was almost no ocean view when there was supposed to be a partial ocean view. The good options could have been better but the staff (especially in the bar ) were excellent. I most enjoyed my unobstructed ocean view and the exterior amenities such as rooftop pool and outside eating areas. It didn’t feel like a luxury hotel. "

"Das Hotel befindet sich nach wie vor in einer Modernisierungsphase (z.B. wird der Fahrstuhl gerade neu-\eingebaut), wobei man als Gast deswegen überhaupt nicht beeinträchtigt wird. Alle Mitarbeiter sind unglaublich hilfsbereit, charmant und haben immer ein echtes Lächeln für ihre Gäste...ehrlich gesagt ist uns das tausendmal lieber als ein piekfeines Hotel mit weniger herzlichen Angestellten. "This is the 2nd time we have been here and it was excellent again. It gives us a great base in a lovely convenient location. The only thing we would change would be to have more comfortable seats/sun loungers on the balcony. "

"Rooms (we had two, which is explained later) very nice, modern and clean. First room on the first floor was very noisy due to a locked but not at all soundproof connecting door to the next room. Neighbour played very loud music at 2.15am, and then snored loudly the rest of the night. Asked to be moved to another room the next morning and the staff were very helpful, moved us to a fifth floor room which was much quieter.
