First, the counter, rude impolite staff Rooms, the Dirtiest place I never seen in Malaysia... Please check the Review on Google for pictures Beds, old metallic springs broken Bed bugs!!! It was a nightmare. I needed to go public laundry to wash all my clothes and luggage before to bring them in to my place and wash again. Worry bring back bed bugs with me

Cleanliness left a lot to be desired for

The Hotel needs a lot of refurbishing. The hallway carpet is dilapidated and looked dirty, part of the strings are coming off and perhaps rarely cleaned. The room itself needs a lot of deep cleaning especially the corners. We were provided with a small fridge but it wasn't working, needs a wipe off and perhaps disinfected because of a musty smell. The sink was also clogged, water marks inside the toilet and there some kind of fly sorrounding the sink. The bedsheets was full of holes and some kind of stain. On a positive side, for the price I paid, it was spacious with 2 double beds, we were provided with a kettle, coffee, cream, sugar and tea pockets for 2. This hotel is adjacent to a night market that serves a lot of multicultural dishes. They also have a free breakfast but it's mostly catered to Malay customers. I hope this review will be read by the management and actually do something about their hotel and perhaps they could increase their price

Overall an average stay at the hotel for 2 nights. Room was reasonably priced with complimentary breakfast which were the positives. However the room was not clean when we checked in. Toilet was untidy. Linen used had visible stains. The floor of the lifts is wet and sticky every time we used it. Away from the buzz and noise from the central area. The hotel also have an adjacent food centre which is convenient.

Wonderful service.

I am a regular here and this time around I accidentally left my handphone on the hotel's sofa and the bellboy was honest in keeping the handphone at the reception. Overall,a good value for money with a Mamak restaurant operating from morning to early evening and a famous Asam Pedas restaurant next to it that operates from 7 p.m. to around 11. There is also a laundromat and a sundry shop nearby. If you are fit,all the main attractions in the city is actually within walking distance too.

All of us could not sleep because of bed bugs. My son got 3 big blister on his right leg and rashes on right arm and some on neck and left hand. Toilet flush was not working and water drain continuously. There are stain (spots) on bed sheet and blanket cover ( both beds)

Hotel Sentral was a good hotel if you're just looking for a place to sleep at night. Our sheets had some stains and the "provided toiletries" were just a dispenser of shampoo on the wall of the shower. The outlets were also inconveniently located far away from the bed. Overall the hotel is pretty cheap so you get what you pay for.

Dålig Wifi första kvällen blev något bättre andra

Wifi fungerade knappt när jag kom. Receptionen verkade ointresserad att kontrollera. De ryckte på axlarna och sa att det var så. Ändå satt jag under routern i receptionen. Kväll 2 var det något bättre, de insåg väl att de fick kalla på en tekniker. Men ingen återkoppling.

Hotel on busy roadway . Open carpark (not safe) . With Two construction of building back of hotel & beside hotel. Bath towel too small , no face towel . Kettle not Working properly - water boil Indicator did not eject when water is boil. Too far from shopping mall and restaurants or food court Pillow must be replace . Spotted moldy patches & pillow too soft . Breakfast provided - food bland & no varieties
