My issue was with the internet in the room I was given. Arriving late and tired I proceeded to try to have the no Internet issue corrected but after approx 2 hrs I moved to another room. Internet was ok but other issues like no towel's resolved in the morning.

Convenient and clean hotel.

Pleasant stay and the rates are affordable. Walking distance to tourist spot or you can take public transport.Although wifi connectivity is slow not a drawback as u got all value for money you spent. recommended.

No view only opp windows view instead of city view as booked, upon check in was told to change room. Paid exact MYR200 in cash incl. all taxes, forgot to collect the receipt. Staffs was helpful and friendly. Family room the wash basin in toilet, maybe is better on next reno, may consider to have it outside or separate from the shower/toilet bowl or outside the door of the all-in washroom. Good to have hot/cold water outside near the staircase. Have lift. Nearby behind inner blocks of shop houses majority are vacant. Only the hotel row and back to back block & units being occupied in biz as at Mar 2023. Quite safe as building can be easily seen & spotted from the main road. Easier to travel out and around the tourist and shopping areas. Our family room was quiet, not noisy even next to cleaner storage room. So far for the price for short stay is good, just the city view was not happening.

Most good of a choice.

Everything is well except for the fact that they dont allow me to pay via a debit card. The toasters for the bread have got to change; that mini ovens are just not up to it. Got a no-window room, very difficult to adjust to the time because everything is so unnatural without natural light going in.

Nice hotel

2 days stay and it was excellent. Very near to Banda Hilir. You can just walk for about 15minutes to reach Dataran Pahlawan, A Famosa, Museums, Menara Taming Sari, Jonker Walk and all nearby attractions. My room is facing the streets so it was a bit noisy during peak hours (noon & night, 7pm-9pm). Staffs were very helpful and polite. Free breakfast was great altough there's not much option and varieties as it is a 2-star hotel but what they served was absolutely satisfying and beyond compatible for what I paid for. I love the nasi lemak & curry combination btw, perfect dish. For sure and defenitely, will reccommend to family, friends and all of others who are considering to book for a stay here :)

Reasonable price for a 3 star hotel

Although i read some negative comments about Queenspark hotel, i still decided to give it a try since i'm planning t o stay for only 1 night. I booked 2 rooms. 1st room was awesome, air-con freezing cold even after we'd adjusted to 26 degrees. When i checked in to 2nd room (my room), the electricity tripped! Hotel rm phone spoilt, so we went downstairs seek help. Fortunately, technician resolved the prob efficiently within 10mins. Everything about the room was ok - toilet, hot shower..etc (except no toiletries provided). Next,we realised air-con not cold at all, we'd adjusted to the minimum - 25 degrees, but still not cold :( Bed ok, but Pillow too hard, so we removed both pillows. Whole night, i hear 'dip dip dip' realised air-con dripping.. whole wall below air-con full of water droplets & whole floor wet! Was shocked to see the wet floor when i woke up in the morning. Breakfast was average, not much variety.

Hotel mmg sgt bagus.. cuma saya xberape setuju kerana housekeeping membersihkan bilik tanpa pengetahuan saya.. byk barang2 berharga didalam bilik... bila bertanya pada receptionists mereka jawab saya yang patot memberitahu mereka supaya tidak perlu mengemas bilik..sepanjang sye menginap diman mana hotel., tidak pernah pula saya harus memberitahu supaya bilik tidak perlu dikemas... sekian..

Pleasant Stay!

The location of the hotel is strategic. Not much traffic and near to Bandar Hilir. There was no problem in finding parking space. The room was very comfortable. Not so many choices for breakfast but the taste is good. Also, the toaster took some time to toast bread. Definitley would stay here again!

Dingy hotel, awkward location

This was really disappointing. The room was dingy, and nothing like what was shown in photos. The wifi did not work in my room, and only barely worked in the lobby. My room had windows facing the road, and was very noisy. The aircon also made the most distressing rattling noise, but on the plus side it worked well.

clean hotel but poor maintenance

Weather was extremely hot on 20th May. Aircond was left running for 2hours but not blowing cool air. I would rate the coldness as 2 out of 5. Reported 3 times that air-cond was not cold. Hotel staff checked and no further action. Later on reception advised maintenance person not in. Very disappointing service. Shower head dropped off while bathing and was later replaced. Hotel is located in front of main road and was a little difficult to get good sleep due to the noise from vehicles on the road and also the next door karaoke.

Good location

My only complaint would be the aircond's condition. I hope they do a regular maintenance on their air conditioning because mine was buzzing so loudly that we couldn't sleep at all :(
