"Airport shuttle is very helpful, especially for those who just landed in China, don’t have a phone card to use DiDi (kind of Uber)yet. Avoided a lot hassle. Stuff is friendly, checkin is smooth. I got one room upgraded for free so the two room could be on the same floor. Vivien is helpful too. The WeChat contact is super! She helped us get phone card. Will come back next time. And will recommend to my friends"

"The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the hotel was clean throughout our stay. We had an issue caused by Expedia, but the hotel team was able to resolve it quickly, especially after Expedia customer service was not helpful at all. The location is excellent and very convenient for getting around the city. However, the bed was not very comfortable, and the room layout wasn’t very practical for a family traveling with a young child. Overall, a good stay thanks to the staff and location, but there’s room for improvement in comfort and family-friendly design."
