"The staff always smiles; they are very helpful. Fruit punch with ice is available to any guest walking in, just enough to cool down a thirsty tourist from outside. What I like most is the available in room laundry machine and dryer. In addition, the bathroom has natural night and nice view."

"Location is great right in the middle of almost all the attractions of the city's center. Staff was very helpful during our stay, breakfast option was good as well. We had a great time in Shanghai and I think the location of it helped a lot, there is a metro within a couple of minutes of walking!"
